From the outside, nobody would guess. The career works. The people around you are taken care of. But somewhere along the way you started performing a life instead of living one, and there is nobody you can say that to out loud.
The Alignment Retreat is five private days with Kusudi Muithi in Tulum, then three months of one on one coaching when you get home. Five days to shed the identity you built to survive. Three months to live as who you actually are.
The career. The reputation. The life that looks exactly like it was supposed to. You showed up, you pushed through, and you were there for everyone else, even when no one was there for you.
From the outside you have it together. You're the one everyone leans on. On the inside you're slowly breaking down, and you feel more disconnected from the person you actually are every single day.
The one everyone sees is capable, accomplished, holding it together. The one underneath, the real one, has been miserable, burnt out, and quietly suffocating for longer than you want to admit. You know the identity you've been performing isn't the one you were born for.

The exhaustion that rest doesn't fix. The tension that never fully releases. The nights your mind won't shut off, even after the best day on paper. That's not stress. That's your real self trying to come out.
Partners who never quite reach you, or no partner at all. Connections that start full of promise and slowly hollow out. You can be in a relationship and still feel completely alone, because intimacy requires you to show up as yourself, and you've been performing so long you're not sure how.
It has nothing to do with your credentials. The identity being praised isn't actually who you are. You can do the work. You just know the work isn't you.
And maybe the moment that shook you most wasn't something you noticed yourself. Maybe it was someone close to you, a child, a partner, someone who really sees you, who said something that stopped you cold and made you realize they can see through it too.
You're grateful for everything you've built. And you're also quietly miserable inside it. Both things are true.
What you're feeling has a name. And it's far more specific, and far more solvable, than anything you've been told.
Because that's what you do when something matters. You take action. So you invested.
Some of it helped. None of it fixed the thing underneath. Every program you invested in worked at the conscious level. The thinking, the habits, the patterns. Real work. Valuable work. But the subconscious identity, the one built for survival, approval, and performance, was still behind the wheel. Untouched. Still running everything.
The root isn't a pattern. It isn't a mindset. It isn't even a trauma. It's the identity itself. The version of you that learned to perform instead of live. That identity was never dismantled, so everything you built on top of it eventually collapsed back into the same shape.

Not you performing. Not you delivering. Not you holding it together so everyone else doesn't fall apart.
When was the last time someone looked at you and said: you're the only thing that matters right now. What do you need?
That's what this is. Not a seminar where you're one of many. Not a group retreat where you split the attention. One person. One guide. Five days in Tulum, then three months by your side. The entire container built around you.

You and Kusudi, alone, in a private villa. Private chef, ceremony, somatic work, inner child work, and the deep coaching immersion that breaks the identity open. This is where it starts.
You go home, and the work continues with Kusudi one on one. Life pushes back. The old identity reaches for the wheel. He's there every time it does, so what broke open in Tulum becomes the way you actually live, at work, at home, and with the people you love.

Surrounded by nature, away from your schedule, your obligations, and the needs of others. Away from every version of yourself that other people need you to be. In that stillness, something happens. You hear your own voice. Not the one built for performance. The one underneath.
Your private shuttle brings you to the villa. From the moment you arrive, there's nowhere to be and no one to tend to but yourself. The performance officially pauses. Your private chef prepares your first meal, food customized to you, designed to begin healing your body from the inside out.
The evening closes with a sacred canoe and sound healing ceremony that does one thing: helps you release, drop into your body, and truly arrive. This day is about grounding.
Most people have a highway to suffering and a dirt road to fulfillment. Day 2 is about understanding why. Together, you and Kusudi uncover the unconscious blueprint that has been controlling every thought, every action, every feeling and desire you have.
You'll see yourself like you've never seen yourself before, and finally see the person you've been being that's creating everything you experience. For most clients, Day 2 is one of the most powerful days of their life.
This is the day things actually shift. Through somatic work, inner child work, and deep coaching immersion, you release what your body has been carrying. The grief, the anger, the hurt of the past. This release is what finally creates the space for the love, peace and fulfillment your spirit has been craving.
Your meals are prepared around the ceremonial work. This is an emotional day. It is also the most important one.
With the past seen and the present released, Day 4 is about creation. Who are you when the mask comes off for good? Together, you build the identity, the values, and the way of being you'll carry home. Anchored in who you actually are, not who you've been performing.
This is the day you meet the version of yourself that wakes up fulfilled mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The version that feels as good on the inside as life looks on the outside.
Today is not about learning. It's about living. You step into the highest version of yourself. Not in theory, not in your mind, but in your actual way of being.
Maybe you find yourself floating in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Maybe it's stillness at a sacred cenote. Maybe you're leaping out of a plane 10,000 feet above the sea. Whatever the experience, it's designed to anchor your new identity into your body so completely that it becomes who you are.

Then you go home. And this time, you don't go home alone. For the next three months, Kusudi walks it with you.

Most coaches will teach you how to build a better version of the life you've been performing. Kusudi will take you somewhere the mask cannot follow.
At 18, he realized something most people never do: nobody had ever taught him who he actually was. So like most people, he looked outside himself to find it. For him, that looked like the streets. For most of the people he works with today, it looks like success. The title, the business, the life that says I made it. Different roads. Same hiding place.
Then he was shot in the head. And that bullet went straight through the identity he'd been building. The mask cracked. The performance stopped. For the first time, he had no choice but to look within.
What came out of that became a lifelong commitment: to help as many of the 5.11 billion people in this world as he can discover and live in their purpose. That commitment has put him in every kind of room. Corporate teams at Verizon. Tony Robbins' stage, by invitation. Professional sports teams. Schools. Jails. The slums of Africa. It has carried his work to over 38 countries, 180 cities and 41 states, and helped thousands of people come home to who they really are.
What he realized is this: anytime purpose is missing, there will be a sense of unfulfillment. That feeling deep inside that doesn't go away no matter how good everything is supposed to feel. The knowing that God has placed something greater inside of you. That is what purpose is. And that is what Kusudi helps people not just bring out, but embody and actualize in this world.
He didn't find alignment through a course. He found it through a true discovery within, and that's exactly where he takes you. This will be the deepest work you've ever done. You will see yourself in a way you never have before.
In their own words. Unscripted. Unfiltered. Recorded at the end of their retreat, before they even had time to process what happened.

One number. It covers the five days and every week of private coaching that follows, so the breakthrough you have in Tulum is still there in month three.

Not a new strategy. Not another program that works around the edges without ever going to the root. Something in you has known for a long time that this isn't about doing more. It's about becoming who you actually are.
Your mind will always manufacture a reason to wait. Another season. Another thing to get through first. When things settle down. But things don't settle down.

A conversation, not a commitment. If it's not the right fit, we'll say so. If it is, we begin.

One person at a time. Kusudi reads every application himself and reaches out within 24 hours.
